Team4kids emerged out of a pursuit to inspire and support the community, and a desire for actions to speak louder than words. TEAM4KIDS
TEAM4KIDS offers a variety of counseling services that address the needs of children, adolescent, and adult demographics. These include but are not limited to- Anger Management, Parenting Classes, Anxiety, Divorce/Separation, Bullying and Cyber-Bullying, Peer Pressure, Low Self-esteem, Play/Art/Music Therapy, Grief Counseling, and Self-marketing training for employment to name a few.·
Our goal is to promote growth·in·physical and emotional health by helping individuals develop productive lives·in a supportive and friendly environment through listening and understanding. In addition to becoming productive· members of the community without social entitlement assistance.
We provide for the·mental health needs of the community through education and counseling with a emphasis on the prevention of and recovery from abuse, neglect, and victimization.
TEAM4KIDS is a non-profit counseling agency with headquarters in Houston, Texas. It was organized in response to a deep concern from the community and its leaders that children were not being treated for child abuse and molestation.
Counseling services are available for persons age five through eighteen provided by licensed, masters degreed professionals.
We have two programs:
Adolescent Counseling
Extended Program for ages eighteen to twenty-one.
Most of the services we provide will be eligible for one of our funding sources so our clients can focus on the healing process.
